In search of a custom rug to amplify your space? There are a few things to note first

1: Design Process

A $50 design fee is required upfront. This covers the time spent creating your custom concept artwork and is applied toward the final cost if you decide to move forward.

The concept includes up to 2 rounds of revisions, so we can fine-tune things together and make sure it feels just right.

2: Reference Images

Please send a couple of reference images that capture the style, character, or vibe you’re going for.

Keep in mind that rugs have some limitations in detail, so the more detailed you want the design, the larger it needs to be. 

3. Pricing & Payment

Once your design is approved, pricing is based on the rug size and level of detail within the project. The more complex a rug is, the more complex the design, the more time it will take to complete, which is reflected in the overall price. Each project is different therefor there really is no “size = $$$”. 

A 50% deposit is required before production begins (to cover materials), with the remaining 50% due upon completion before shipping.

4. Turnaround Time

Lead times can vary depending on current orders, but most rugs are completed and ready to ship within 1–2 weeks after the design is finalized.

5. Care Instructions

all of my rugs come with a copy of care instructions detailing how to make sure it is properly maintained. Custom rugs are luxury items and should be cared for as much as possible to ensure longevity. They are NOT machine washable and that should be taken into consideration when choosing where to place your rug. High traffic areas are not recommended.
